Bollywoodkart.com hopes that you never have to return a product. At the same time, we would be there to assist you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our return policy to take care of your hassles.
In case of non-satisfaction, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 Days of receiving the product from us. We shall revert back to you at the earliest; however the maximum time frame is 48 hrs of receiving the mail.
For the ease of customer, we will arrange a return pick up.* Customer needs to share the receiving/tracking details of pick up via mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the required bank account details.
Full product amount will be refunded in the case of COD/Prepaid order within 3-4 working days once we receive the product.
- Cash on Delivery Charges would not be included in the refund value as these are non-refundable charges.
- In case Reverse pick up service is not available than customer has to SELF SHIP the product to Return address of Bollywoodkart mentioned on invoice for which Rs 50 would be refunded as a reimbursement of shipping charges. Further guidance will be provided via mail in case required.
- Management also keeps rights to process refund as store credit in certain cases instead of refunding money into customer’s bank account. This store credit can be utilized for any future purchase on Bollywoodkart.com
- At last, we seek for the customer apologizes & feedback over same mail so we can approve the customer satisfaction at the best level.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- If the product is sent back to us without our consent, return/exchange will not be accepted.
- We will process a full/partial refund only if there is a genuine fault from our side. (We will request to email us the images of the product for reviewing).
- There is an admin/credit card/COD commission cost of Rs150 which will be deducted for a refund. In case the refund is issued as a gift voucher, this charge will be waived off.
- Since we offer free shipping all over India, the shipping cost will be deducted for a refund.
- The shipping cost for Cash on Delivery will not be refunded to the customer.
- Any extra shipping costs of returning the product back to us will be borne entirely by the customer.
- If on receipt of the package, you notice that the packing is damaged / tampered, verify the product immediately, before accepting it.
- If there is a genuine defect/variation in the returned product, the defective item will be replaced with the same product as early as possible, at our own cost. If the originally ordered product is not available, you will be requested to select an alternate product.
- In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason we are unable to deliver certain products, you will be asked to select another item/take a store credit/the amount will be refunded for that particular product.
- We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
Please do not attempt to return the product back to the COD executive delivering your order. For any complaints, you are requested to contact us.
You have to provide us the proof by taking a video/picture while opening the packet so that it clearly shows that it was customer's fault and then send that recording to us with the all relevant information.
We will re confirm and if customer find guilty then either will arrange correct product or else will reimburse the amount.
